CBRE arranged a number of leases in Florham Park on behalf of Eastman Cos.
On Feb. 14, the commercial real estate services and investment firm said its Jonathan Meisel, Daniel Casey and Erin Wenzler worked with Eastman Cos. Director of Leasing Eric Maurer to represent Livingston-based Eastman in the negotiations.
The agreements for 23 Vreeland Road cover:
Trevor Patterson of Newmark represented Acrisure LLC; Peter Shikar of CBRE represented Hedinger & Lawless; and Michael Marchese of Chilmark Real Estate represented DeTorres & DeGeorge.
According to a statement from Meisel, CBRE has completed 13 leases within Eastman’s portfolio since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic.
“Despite the ongoing challenges, ownership continues to reinvest in their properties and work closely with tenants to meet their unique real estate requirements,” he said.
The two-story office building in Morris County boasts 69,000 square feet just off Columbia Turnpike, near downtown Florham Park and the Route 10 retail corridor.
According to CBRE, 23 Vreeland Road was dubbed “the coolest little building” following extensive renovations at the property in late 2019. At that time, capital improvements brought a new tenant lounge, café, conference center, electric vehicle chargers and a second-floor common area to the property.
The building is almost completely leased, CBRE said, with prebuilt suites available for immediate occupancy.
