CBRE: Promotion in Motion move largest Bergen County office lease in 2019

CBRE on Monday said Promotion in Motion Inc., a manufacturer of fruit snacks, confections and other snack food products, signed a 110,945-square-foot headquarters office lease at 225 Brae Blvd. in Park Ridge — the largest new office transaction completed in Bergen County to date in 2019.

The CBRE team of Jeffrey Babikian, Brian Godau and Garrett Rioux spearheaded the leasing campaign and repositioning, and represented owner Brae Holdings LLC in the lease negotiations.

Built in 1988, the property is a 224,413-square-foot Class-A office property that boasts a headquarters-quality design and infrastructure, LEED Gold certification, a dramatic three-story atrium, marble façade and covered parking, as well as a full-service café and state-of-the-art fitness center.
