CBRE named exclusive leasing agent for East Hanover Commerce Center

East Hanover Commerce Center is a three-building complex with 167,050 square feet of industrial/flex space and access to major highways including Interstates 287, 280, 80 and 78; Routes 24 and 46; and the Morristown Municipal Airport.

And on Nov. 22, CBRE announced that owners Vision Real Estate Partners and Barings appointed the firm as exclusive leasing agent for the Morris County property.

Located at 9, 11 and 15 Melanie Lane, the industrial park offers drive-in bays, loading docks and up to 24-foot ceiling heights.

Larry Schiffenhaus, Thomas Monahan, Stephen D’Amato, Anastasia Lazarides, Gerard Monahan and Lauren Hageman will oversee the leasing campaign, CBRE said.

“Given the lack of supply and demand for quality small bay industrial/flex space for lease in New Jersey, availabilities at this centrally located complex will not remain on the market long,” said Schiffenhaus.

Mountain Lakes-based VREP is a full-service real estate investment, development and asset management company. Barings is a global investment management firm.
