Will Forcello is the new market leader for CBRE’s Central New Jersey operations.
The elevation of the 13-year company veteran was announced May 19.
Forcello, associated with CBRE‘s Saddle Brook office, previously served as sales management leader for the firm’s New Jersey business. In that role he was responsible for driving broker development and client services programs that produced record revenue growth over the previous several years, according to CBRE.
“Will is the ideal person to expand and enhance our Central New Jersey operations given his strong performance in servicing our clients and growing our New Jersey business,” said Jeff Hipschman, who oversees CBRE’s New Jersey operations. “His successes at CBRE are noteworthy, having been recognized as Sales Management Professional of the Year in 2019, while helping grow our business and creating a work environment that attracts talent and provides successful outcomes for our clients.”
Forcello began his career at CBRE in the company’s industrial and office leasing advisory. Other previous roles include running the Tri-State Suburban Research Group.
