CBRE orchestrates renewal at Edison industrial site

Performance Team Freight Systems Inc. has renewed its 193,100-square-foot industrial lease at 145 Talmadge Road in Edison, according to brokerage firm CBRE.The firm represented NJIND Talmadge Road LLC, the landlord of the 656,255-square-foot property near Interstate 287, according to a news release. The CBRE team included Scott Belfer, senior vice president; Nick Nitti, first vice president; Mindy Lissner, executive vice president; and Bill Waxman, executive vice president.

Performance Team Freight Systems is a transportation and logistics company.
