CBRE closed several new leases – totaling 44,000 square feet – for office space in Livingston and Florham Park on behalf of Eastman Cos.
A team comprised of Senior Associate Erin Wenzler, Senior Vice President Jon Meisel and First Vice President Dan Casey led the leasing campaign for the properties and represented Eastman Cos. in the negotiations, CBRE announced Nov. 3.
According to a statement from Wenzler, since the start of the pandemic, full-service real estate development, construction and management company Eastman Cos., which is based in Livingston, has increased occupancy at its properties in Livingston and Florham Park.
Avison Young announced RMG CPA would relocate from to Livingston in October.
“RMG’s move is indicative of many firms’ seeking to provide their employees the best amenities and access they can, which improves return to office efforts as well as a culture of collaboration among their team,” Managing Director Jeff Heller said at the time. Find out more here.
At 290 W. Mount Pleasant Ave., CBRE Senior Vice Presidents Greg Barkan and Remy deVarenne represented court reporting agency Veritext in a long-term lease renewal for 20,358 square feet.
RMG CPA and Lepore Taylor Fox LLP both leased space at 354 Eisenhower Parkway, the former 11,302 square feet and the latter 4,082 square feet. Avison Young represented both tenants, with Principal and Managing Director Jeff Heller and Principal Drew Persson acting on behalf of RMG and Vice President Judith Troiano representing Lepore & Taylor.
Jewish Community Housing Corp. signed on for 3,478 square feet of office space at 651 Old Mount Pleasant Ave. in a deal arranged by Jeremy Neuer, formerly with CBRE and now a senior managing director with JLL.
At 23 Vreeland Road, NuGen Packaging committed to 2,263 square feet while benefit consulting company Benefex expand its footprint at the building to 2,434 square feet. First Vice President Peter Shikar arranged the deal for NuGen, a sustainable packaging company. Kingsbridge ERA President Mark Twentyman represented Benefex.
