CBRE signs 5 new leases for Class-A Morristown office property

The recently renovated 1776 On The Green office property in Morristown added five new leases.

CBRE announced Jan. 28 that the firm’s Jon Williams and Mike Nieliwodski led the leasing campaign on behalf of property ownership Vision Real Estate Partners, which accounted for a total 45,000 square feet at the 146,000-square-foot Class-A site at 67 E. Park Place.

The firm was tapped as exclusive leasing agent for the property last January.

New agreements at 1776 On The Green cover:

• 

  11,315 square feet for for residential real estate company Compass’ new office;

• 7,106 square feet for wealth management and financial service provider Mercer Advisors;
• 6,998 square feet for data delivery company DataMotion’s relocation from Florham Park;
• 1,000 square feet for accounting and business management software provider Sage’s relocation within Morristown; and
• 1,096 square feet for Metin’s new office space.

“One of the main reasons for the property’s allure is that it offers a distinct experience for tenants returning to the office. Ownership created more than just amazing space, but also access to some of the best amenities in the market,” Williams said in a statement. “In addition to tenants being able to take advantage of everything the town has to offer, the property’s enhanced amenity spaces include a high-profile restaurant by renowned chef David Burke, the global sports entertainment facility Topgolf and an unsurpassed roof deck overlooking the historic Morristown Green.”

According to Williams, Vision Real Estate Partners’ renovations have transformed the leasing landscape in the city, with asking rents up by more than 20%.

1776 On The Green is within walking distance of the Morristown train station, with direct service to New York City.
