A fully-furnished model home has debuted at Centurion Union. Located at 975 Bonnel Court, the luxury rental community is in the heart of Union Center.
The one-bedroom model residence features an open floor plan with a designer kitchen, expansive living/dining area, spacious bedroom with a walk-in closet, and many modern finishes. Prospective renters can now virtually tour the model, as well as the building’s amenities, as part of a personal digital presentation.
“The benefits of a furnished and merchandized model home in any leasing program can’t be understated,” said Adrienne Albert, chief executive officer of The Marketing Directors, Centurion Union’s exclusive marketing and leasing agent. “Despite the unique restrictions that have been in place, we’ve leased 85 percent of the building’s 80 apartments, thanks in large measure to our ability to demonstrate the living spaces through our first model home. We’re excited to now introduce a new model residence that provides a fresh perspective on the style, comfort and functionality of these homes.”
Also contributing to Centurion Union‘s appeal and leasing success is its convenient location within Union Center.
Centurion Union is the first of a multi-phase project in Union Center, where American Landmark Development was designated by Union Township as the redeveloper of the Stuyvesant Avenue Redevelopment Project.
The initiative is infusing a new level of energy and excitement into Union Center, and will feature nearly 300 new homes and approximately 27,000 square feet of retail space housed in four buildings once complete.
Monthly rents start at $1,960 for one-bedroom apartments and $2,470 for two-bedroom homes.
Limited-time incentives on one-bedroom homes provide up to two months free rent, and an additional $50 monthly incentive. Incentives on a two-bedroom home include up to three months free.
