The next phase of Centurion Union Center will bring a new residential building – with parking garage – to the luxury mixed-use project.
On Jan. 31, Landmark announced the Union Township Planning Board approved the fifth phase of Centurion Union Center: A new, five-story building offering 85 rental residences and parking for both residents and the public.
Located at 968 Bonnel Court, the building will include residences across three floors and parking across two, with 105 ground-floor spaces for public use and 107 spaces on the garage’s second floor for Centurion residents.

Landmark was designated the redeveloper of the city’s Stuyvesant Avenue Redevelopment Project as part of a public-private partnership to reinvigorate Union Center. Upon completion, Landmark said Centurion Union Center’s five buildings will offer more than 320 units with approximately 27,000 square feet of retail space.
In December, the firm announced the retail component for the community was fully leased. Before the project, the downtown district hadn’t seen any new residential construction in more than 30 years.
“Throughout the planning and development of this project, we’ve worked closely with the township to ensure Centurion was a catalyst in transforming Union Center into a vibrant downtown setting,” said Landmark Founder Manny Fernandez in a prepared statement. “We’ve remained cognizant of the needs of the community-at-large and dedicated to providing all the elements to make downtown welcoming to existing and new residents, local businesses and customers alike.
“These efforts have brought the collective vision for Union Center into focus, and the addition of more than 100 new public parking spaces will help us fully realize that vision,” he added.
