Century Savings Bank appointed Alan Bedner Jr. as chief financial officer, the institution announced Sept. 8.
At Century, Bedner will be responsible for the fiscal management of the organization including accounting, balance sheet management, financial planning and analysis, corporate investments, and tax.
Century has $600 million in assets.
“I am excited to join Century Savings Bank and look forward to working with this talented team,” said Bedner in a prepared statement. “Century Savings Bank maintains a culture of building strong relationships with customers and communities, and together, we will pursue continued expansion within the markets we serve.”
Bedner has more than 25 years of financial services industry leadership experience, including 19 years at Unity Bank, where he was also CFO.
