The 120-store, 435,000-square-foot luxury outlet center, which is located in Tinton Falls, off the Garden State Parkway at Exit 100A, includes retailers such as Ann Taylor, Brooks Brothers and Calvin Klein, according to Simon Property.

Roseland-based Chelsea Property, which calls itself the world’s largest outlet developer, says the new retail development is its third and largest New Jersey outlet center, and its 49th Premium Outlet property worldwide. The mall has created more than 800 new jobs, the company says. In New Jersey, Chelsea Property also owns the 175,000-square-foot Liberty Village Premium Outlets in Flemington, and the 286,000-square-foot Jackson Premium Outlets in Jackson.

Jersey Shore Premium Outlets, which broke ground in fall 2007, is also the second-largest outlet center in the state, after The Cordish Co.’s 470,000-square-foot The Walk in Atlantic City, according to the trade journal Retail Value News.

Shares of Simon Property traded at $52.33 Thursday morning, near the bottom of a 52-week period, with a high of $106.43 and a low of $50.26.
