Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC expanded its office space at Eleven Times Square in New York City.
The expansion, announced Tuesday, brings the West Orange-based firm’s space in Times Square to 8,191 square feet—nearly doubling what it had when it moved into the 34th floor of the Class A commercial tower in 2016.
The firm’s Manhattan office focuses on real estate, corporate transactions, immigration and commercial litigation.
“This latest investment in our New York City presence is the natural result of the excitement and demand we have generated throughout the marketplace since establishing an initial physical foothold just four years ago,” said Managing Member Dan Schwartz in a prepared statement. “We are optimistic about our future prospects in Manhattan and beyond as we continue to identify opportunities to strategically enhance our competitive reach.”
In 2019, the firm brought in more than 30 lateral hires, including two in New York City, as well as a series of 2018 hires that added four attorneys to CSG’s Manhattan-based roster. Its New York headcount continues to grow, most recently with the addition of Adelina Sklyar to its real estate, development and land use group from Thompson Hine LLP in July 2020.
