The home of GEICO in Marlton has sold in a transaction arranged by WCRE.

The firm said last week that it represented the buyer, 620/730 North Broad Street LLC & Woodbury Medical Centers LP, and the seller, M3 Real Estate Holdings LLC, in a 1031 transaction for the acquisition of 8000 Lincoln Drive.

WCRE Managing Principal Jason Wolf and Executive Vice President John Mozzillo exclusively represented all parties in the transaction.

Situated in The Greentree Corporate Center — located along the Route 73 business corridor on about 7.5 acres — the Class A property measures 55,000 square feet.

The single-tenanted space was build in 1983, according to WCRE. It offers an abundance of natural light and is easily accessible from Interstate 295 and the New Jersey Turnpike.

Nearby amenities include the Moorestown Mall, East Gate Shopping Center, Marlton Crossing Shopping Center and other hotels and eateries.
