CLM Advisors acquired by private equity firm

CLM Advisors LLC, an accounting firm in Turnersville, was acquired by private investors under the name CLM Financial Enterprises LLC.
The new entity will continue doing business as CLM Advisors and will continue to focus on providing services for small and mid-sized businesses in the South Jersey and Philadelphia region.
Founder Charles Muracco, who will continue to serve as the firm’s chief executive officer, said the acquisition is an important first step to enhancing its scale and impact.
“This transaction is a key piece of our strategic vision to expand our consulting offering to more business clients in the region who place a high value on sound, accounting-based advisory services,” he said. “We will add talent to our diverse roster of consultants, re-invest in technology to serve our clients more efficiently, and accelerate our growth.”
