With more than 14 years of experience in forensic accounting and litigation support matters, Brown currently serves as president of the Monmouth-Ocean chapter of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants and chair of the NJSCPA Monmouth-Ocean litigation committee.
Lakeland Bank appointed Samuel R. Wilson to senior vice president and team leader of commercial lending at its Bernardsville location. Wilson has more than 30 years in banking and commercial lending experience, most recently with Columbia Bank as regional vice president for central New Jersey.
Lakeland Bank also hired David Y. Wong as senior vice president and chief audit officer for its Milton location. Wong most recently worked with Hope International as chief risk officer, and has more than 35 years of banking and finance experience with companies such as Dell, Arthur Andersen and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Teresa Crisafulli also joins Lakeland Bank in Montville as vice president and representative of investment services. Crisafulli has more than 20 years of banking and financial planning experience with companies such as Capital One, Santander Bank and the Bank of New York.
Robert M. Fry joins H2M, a full-service consulting and architectural design firm, as a senior environmental scientist in Parsippany where he will be responsible for managing business development and environmental site investigation.
Fry previously worked as a senior project manager for Flanders-based Equity Environmental Engineering, and has more than 18 years of experience in remediation and vertical and horizontal delineation of soil and groundwater.
Fry also holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Rutgers University and served with the U.S. Army from 1986 to 1991.
Preferred Home Health Care & Nursing Services, headquartered in Eatontown, has named Andrea Frank as the director of regulatory standards, a new department of compliance created to field all new regulations and create new initiatives for the home health care industry. Frank worked most recently as the manager of accounts receivable and has been with Preferred for nine years.
Frank holds her Master’s in Therapeutic Administration from NYU and is a member of the Home Care Association of New Jersey.
Joseph G. Hughes was named a full partner in the law firm of Zager Fuchs in Red Bank where he will continue in areas of practice such as personal injury, worker’s compensation and disability, wills and estates.
Hughes was certified by the Supreme Court as a civil trial attorney this year and has also been instructor for the National Business Institute since 2013.
The Gateway Family YMCA-Five Points Branch promoted Jessica Samolewicz to branch associate executive director in Union. Samolewicz joined the YMCA in 2007 as a camp counselor and was most recently working as senior director of youth development overseeing school-aged child care and summer camp at the Five Points Branch and Elizabeth Branch.
Samolewicz, a Roselle Park local, will graduate in May from Kean University with a Master’s in Special Education.
Eaton, an energy-efficient power management company, has promoted Mary Jo Surges to vice president and general manager of the filtration business in Tinton Falls after promoting Rick Jacobs to president of hydraulics business in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Surges most recently served as vice president of business development for the industrial sector and has been with Eaton for 11 years. She previously worked for Park Hannifin, Pentair and Actuant in various capacities.
