Glenpointe, an Alfred Sanzari Enterprises property, on Monday said a long-term tenant committed to a lease for 36,000 square feet of space at the office campus located at 300/400/500 Frank W. Burr Blvd. in Teaneck.
Cognizant will move its space from Glenpointe Center West to Glenpointe Center East where it will continue to operate its global headquarters.
As Cognizant’s business has evolved, so has its needs, which Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ leasing team has accommodated throughout the companies’ long history together. The real estate firm was able to negotiate a deal with Cognizant to remain at the Teaneck campus in a space that was better suited to its needs.
