Cognizant announced Tuesday that it has agreed to acquire Mirabeau BV, a digital marketing and customer experience agency.According to Cognizant, the acquisition of the Amsterdam-based agency will expand its digital business capabilities in the Netherlands and Europe.
When the acquisition closes, about 260 Mirabeau employees with become a part of Cognizant’s digital business unit.

Our combined knowledge and experience will help us provide superior solutions to our customers in the Netherlands and internationally.”
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
