Teaneck-based global IT consulting company Cognizant plans to acquire AustinCSI, a cloud and data analytics firm located in Texas.
In a Nov. 29 announcement, Cognizant said the move will expand its consulting practice and advisory capabilities to deliver clients with “end-to-end digital transformation strategy and industry-led solutions.”
Headquartered in the technology hub of Dallas, AustinCSI is a privately held company of 175 consultants who specialize in data enablement, business process automation and application migration services for Fortune 500 clients across industries.

Cognizant and AustinCSI did not disclose financial terms of the deal, which is expected to close during the fourth quarter of 2022.
