Colliers said July 14 it was appointed the exclusive leasing agent for a 118,000-square-foot office complex located in Woodcliff Lake.
A Colliers team made up of Executive Managing Director Bryn Cinque, Senior Managing Director James Bailey and Associate Stephen Graziano was selected by ownership to handle leasing efforts for the property.
Located at 123 Tice Blvd., the Class-A office building currently has 52,373 square feet available, and can accommodate tenants from 4,369 square feet up to 42,195 square feet of continuous space on the third floor.
The property offers tenants an array of amenities including a full-service cafe, a refurbished lobby and elevators, on-site storage as well as outdoor seating. The three-story building also provides a loading dock, freight elevator and ample parking. Additionally, ownership, Vision Properties, is planning further capital improvements to help create a working environment best-suited for the post-COVID world.
