Colliers International on Friday announced that it recently concluded the sale of a 43,800-square-foot warehouse facility at 4415 Marlton Pike in Pennsauken.
Colliers southern New Jersey team of Marc Isdaner and Ian Richman represented the seller, 4415 Marlton Associates LLC. The property was purchased for an undisclosed price by Global Track Property USA Inc. Rob Powell of NAI Mertz represented the buyer.
The warehouse will serve as the new distribution facility for Global Track, which manufactures rubber tracks for heavy equipment machinery.
