Colliers International announced it has been retained as the exclusive leasing agent for 120 Eagle Rock Ave. in Hanover, a 177,820-square-foot, Class-A office building.
The team of Samuel Horowitz, executive managing director, and Chris Hovanec, executive managing director, will manage the assignment.
The property, which was acquired by Northeast Capital Group in February, is situated in the Route 280 Corridor submarket, providing immediate access to Interstates 80 and 287.
The building recently underwent significant renovations including upgrades to interior finishes and the addition of a “tenant center,” which features a new café with outdoor seating area, conference rooms, tenant lounge and fitness center. Prominent tenants in the building include Prudential Insurance Company of America, Kessler Foundation and GFK.
The property also features co-working opportunities, providing small companies with the ability to have a professional presence in a first-class building. It has also acted as an incubator for tenants who may be interested in taking advantage of flexible expansion opportunities.
“This building checks each of the boxes that prospective tenants continue to search for,” said Horowitz. “The property is situated in an exemplary location and offers flexible workspaces and desirable amenities to meet the needs of a wide variety of tenants. We expect to fill the remaining space immediately and look forward to welcoming more top organizations to an already impressive tenant roster.”
