Commvault announced on Thursday Anthony Faustini will lead its new global enterprises initiative.
As vice president of global accounts, Faustini will increase the value of large enterprises in the segment, the cloud and on-site the data software company said.
“We work with the largest global enterprises to solve hard data management problems and we have a unique opportunity to do even more going forward,” Chief Revenue Officer Riccardo Di Blasio said in a prepared statement.
Commvault also announced David Boyle will join the Tinton Falls-based company as vice president of sales for the Americas.
Boyle has more than three decades of experience in IT and, according to Commvault, was instrumental in growing Dell EMC’s commercial business. Commvault said Boyle has hired more than 1,500 sales executives – and promoted more than 250 to leadership roles – throughout his career.
Commvault closed its acquisition of Hedvig on Oct. 1, and attributed the additions to momentum from that transaction.
“Businesses are demanding more from their data management partners. We are in an excellent position to answer that call with aggressive product innovation and business simplification,” Chief Executive Officer Sanjay Mirchandani said in a prepared statement.
Commvault will hold its annual user conference Commvault GO 2019 from Oct. 14 – Oct. 16 in Denver, Colo.
