Under the agreement, eglue will provide customer interaction management products and services to TIS customers. The two companies say they will initially focus their efforts on North America and India.
Under the terms of the agreement, TIS, part of Indian business conglomerate Tata Group, will promote and distribute eglue”s InterAct product and will also provide professional services around eglue software, according to the companies. In addition, TIS will establish a dedicated team of professionals that will sell eglue”s products, and provide pre- and post-sales support, the companies say.
