The transaction is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2007. Ensemble Workforce Solutions, a division of AXIUM International, provides work force automation solutions and financial tools for labor management, a market adjacent to ChimesÂ, according to the companies. Shares of CHRZ rose 33 cents to $4.13 this morning.
