Richard Abdy from Emily Abdy Realty Group represented ULMA Form Works, who first moved to 16-00 Route 208 South, Fair Lawn, from Hawthorne on Jan. 1. Nikki Pagano from Pagano Company represented the landlord in the transaction.

ULMA Form Works designs, manufactures and distributes concrete formworks for residential, institutional, industrial, energy and heavy civil projects.

Bushoven & Company CPAs moved to the property in 2015 and has since expanded its operations.

“Meeting new companies and learning about their business operations is an exciting part of my job,” Pagano said. “But seeing existing companies that I have worked with expand within a few years shows excellent growth in the market.”

The property, 16-00 Route 208 South, is a three-story office building located near the Fair Lawn Promenade.
