Construction and renovation company signs Skillman lease

The tenant lineup at Montgomery Professional Center in Skillman is expanding, following a new lease agreement that will bring a construction and renovation company to the campus.

Larken Associates announced June 7 it negotiated a 1,500-square-foot lease with Alloway Construction & Restoration for the property located at Route 518 and Vreeland Drive.

The Branchburg-based commercial and residential real estate building, development and management company was represented by Susan Livingstone, commercial leasing agent at Raider Realty, Larken’s in-house brokerage division.

“Today’s businesses are searching for space that gives them the best opportunity to quickly reach their prospective clientele,” Livingstone said. “Montgomery Professional Center’s location within the Princeton area provides superior access to a large number of sought-after residential communities within a 25-mile radius to make it an ideal fit for a service provider like Alloway Construction & Restoration. We’re excited to welcome them to our property and wish them success in their new space.”

Situated on 20 acres, the Montgomery Professional Center comprises six buildings totaling 47,919 square feet of built-to-suit office and medical spaces that offer private entrances, bathrooms, kitchenettes and separate utilities.

In 2022, Larken announced signing a day care provider for 8,000 square feet of space at the property.

Alloway Construction & Restoration, formerly Schulte Restorations, was previously located in nearby Hopewell. The general contracting company specializes in the restoration and renovation of existing structures and spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, mudrooms and other outdoor additions and metal work.
