Continuum promotes MacLeon to vice president of client relations performance management

Continuum Health Alliance of Marlton has promoted Frank MacLeon to vice president of client relations & performance management.Continuum is a health care services company providing population health management, practice management and community care services to physician groups, health systems, employers and other health enterprises.

MacLeon is responsible for continuing to enhance client relations and client performance through the development and implementation of strategic plans and educational tools. He assumes his new role in addition to his current responsibility of managing new client implementations.

Prior to joining Continuum in 2011, MacLeon’s prior experience included executive positions at UMNDJ, the University of Pennsylvania Health System and Temple University Health System.
