Barr is based in the firm’s Atlantic City office, where she leads the firm’s appeals and research practice group. Prior to joining Cooper Levenson in 2017, Barr was a solo practitioner in the areas of civil appeals, criminal appeals, post-conviction relief appeals, and termination of parents’ rights appeals. She’s licensed to practice in New Jersey, and is admitted to the Supreme Court of the United States, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and the District Court of New Jersey.
Bonetti is based in Cherry Hill and is a member of the firm’s health care, cannabis, and tax law practice groups. She assists hospitals and health systems, medical staff, individual physicians and physician groups in business and regulatory legal matters of all types, including HIPAA and HITECH compliance. Her experience includes preparation and negotiation of a variety of health-related agreements including business associate, physician/mid-level employment and shareholders agreements; advice regarding Stark, fraud and abuse, anti-kickback and state regulatory concerns; and preparation of medical staff bylaws.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
