Atlantic City law firm Cooper Levenson has opened a New York City office.
Former partner Joseph Mahon will return and assume the role of lead attorney for the new office. He’s advised clients on issues related to estate planning, trust and tax planning for the past 25 years.
For the last nine, he’s been a partner in Frankfurt Kurnit Klein & Selz‘s New York office.
Expanding into New York will better enable the firm to service national and international clients, according to Chief Executive Officer Lloyd Levenson.
New York marks the fifth state the firm has presence in after New Jersey, Delaware, Florida and Nevada. The new office will be located at 45 Rockefeller Plaza, Floor 20.
