Cooper University Health Care and University Radiology have teamed up to expand radiology services in southern New Jersey with a new imaging center in Cherry Hill.
The new University Radiology at Cooper facility — located at 2339 W. Route 70, adjacent to the Cherry Hill Hotel (formerly the Crowne Plaza) — is a state-of-the-art imaging center and is University Radiology’s first location in southern New Jersey.
University is the largest provider of subspecialty imaging services in the state, according to an April 14 announcement, with more than 20 locations in northern and central New Jersey.
“This new partnership is another part of Cooper’s continued commitment to providing the highest level of service in accessible and convenient locations for everyone who lives and works in our community,” George Norcross III — chairman of the board of trustees of the Cooper Health System, Cooper University Hospital, and MD Anderson Cancer Center at Cooper — said in a statement.
The University Radiology at Cooper center offers magnetic resonance imaging, CT scanning services, DEXA scanning, X-ray services, ultrasound and women’s imaging services, including 3D mammography, breast MRI, and ultrasound-guided and stereotactic breast biopsy services. The new center also offers express check-in and a welcome concierge.
“University Radiology Group is proud to partner with Cooper University Health Care in offering top tier ambulatory radiology services in this new, state of the art imaging center,” added Dr. Robert Epstein, chairman of University Radiology’s board of directors.
