William Corbett Jr. and Laura Brady have joined Morristown-based Coughlin Duffy LLP’s insurance and reinsurance services group as partners.William Corbett Jr. and Laura Brady have joined Morristown-based Coughlin Duffy LLP’s insurance and reinsurance services group as partners.

Corbett has focused on insurance law for nearly 35 years, working with insurer clients on issues related to coverage and extra-contractual liability litigation, and counseling in all property, casualty and professional insurance lines. He spent 10 years as counsel in the corporate law department of Travelers Insurance Cos. in Hartford, Conn., and 23 years at Drinker Biddle in Florham Park running the insurance coverage practice group.

Brady has represented clients in insurance coverage matters for over 23 years, especially personal and advertising injury liability coverage. She, too, joins Coughlin Duffy from Drinker Biddle. Prior to that, she was a law clerk for the Honorable James H. Coleman Jr., of the New Jersey Supreme Court.
