CoWorx Staffing Services said Jan. 13 it promoted Kara Rogan to chief operating officer, to lead organizational realignment and all U.S. operations for the national staffing agency.
In her new role, Rogan will be responsible for strategic oversight of regional operational efficiencies and best practices, as well as management of national clients, engagement and implementation, and field training.
“We are excited to announce Kara’s appointment and have every confidence she will be instrumental to CoWorx’ continued growth as the premiere partner for temporary staffing,” said Tim Hartnett, CEO of Morristown-based CoWorx Staffing Services. “She has already been integral to the success of our East Region, enhancing operational excellence and contributing to sales expansion, and will continue to be a major part of our evolution as a company.”
Rogan first joined CoWorx in 2005 as a director, overseeing a relatively small market. By 2010, she was promoted to senior director, Southern New England; and, in 2016, she was promoted to vice president, east region, managing more than 30 locations.
