Cranburys Visionet Systems Opens Outsourcing Center in India

The Bangalore location will focus on loan review, underwriting verifications, lien release, default management and investor accounting.Visionet Systems, a Cranbury-based mortgage consulting company, has opened a new business-process outsourcing center (BPO) in Bangalore, India. The facility, the company’s third BPO outside the U.S., covers about 30,000 sq. ft. and can handle 600 processors. The company also operates BPO centers in Lahore and Karachi, Pakistan.

The Bangalore location will focus on loan review, underwriting verifications, lien release, default management and investor accounting. The company’s services are primarily used by mortgage lending and servicing organizations. Visionet said the new center would allow more lenders to benefit from the company’s mortgage industry knowledge and ability to identify and remove inefficient processes.
