On Monday, Integrated Business Systems (IBS) announced the appointment of Daniel Lehman as vice president of sales and marketing.
Lehman will oversee sales and marketing for IBS’s two core products that support easy integrations with best-in-class software addressing various real estate-related tasks. The industry veteran brings more than two decades of construction and property management tech experience to the Totowa-based company.
According to Michael Mullin, IBS president, this executive-level addition ties to increased opportunities and stepped-up demand for real estate technology solutions that enhance productivity and profit margins.
“This is an exciting time in the commercial real estate tech arena,” Mullin said. “Today’s robust, cloud-based applications are targeting industry-specific needs – bringing mobility and transparency to construction and property management enterprise accounting, and easing historic ‘pain points’ like effective office/field communication, project estimating and time reporting. With the increasing influence of a tech-savvy generation in c-suite decision-making, there exists extraordinary potential for established companies like IBS.”
Lehman previously held vice president and senior sales positions with Viewpoint Construction Software and predecessor firms Maxwell Systems and Colonial Systems. During this 21-year tenure, he guided sales teams through multiple acquisitions and amassed a track record for significantly expanding product sets and customer bases.
A long-time member of the Construction Financial Management Association, Lehman earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Penn State University.
