CREDE, a Southern California-based development and construction management company, on Jan. 21 announced an expansion into the Mid-Atlantic region with a new office in Summit. The recently opened office now gives CREDE a presence in 14 states.
First notable project to come out of the Mid-Atlantic office is 1776 by David Burke featuring a Topgolf Swing Suite. Slated to open summer 2021, the upscale yet casual golf-themed restaurant and bar encompasses approximately 11,000 square feet on the first floor of the 1776 On The Green building near the historic Morristown Green.
Owned by Motown Restaurants LLC, the unique dining and entertainment concept will feature glass walls that open to various al fresco dining experiences, a boldly lit bar, an open showcase kitchen, a romantic tasting room, and golf simulators. The sophisticated space marries modern American cuisine by Chef Burke and state-of-the-art golf simulators by Topgolf Swing Suite. Designed by Michael Graves Architecture & Design, CREDE is overseeing the construction management.
The Mid-Atlantic office is led by industry veteran Vince Solano, who joins CREDE as a vice president. Senior Project Managers Bethany Russo and Stephen Sannicandro also join the company, spearheading commercial development and construction management projects in the area.
“Commercial real estate development has continued to be strong despite the challenges of 2020, and all economic indicators point to no slowdown in sight,” said Colby Durnin, CEO of CREDE. “We have curated a team of construction professionals that have us poised for rapid expansion in key markets over the next 12 to 24 months.”
CREDE’s new office is located at 326 Morris Ave., in Summit. The company also has offices in California, Arizona, Nevada, Tennessee, Texas, and Utah. For more information, please visit www.credegroup.com.
