Christopher Paldino was promoted from counsel to member of the firm’s litigation group. For 16 years, he represented plaintiffs and defendants in cases regarding product liability, automobile negligence, construction liability claims, architect and engineer liability claims, civil rights claims, and claims against government entities and public employees.

Michael Caruso, Scott Hollander and Abigail Remore have been promoted from associate to counsel.

Caruso works in the firm’s bankruptcy and creditors’ rights and litigation groups, focusing his practice on creditors’ rights in Chapter 11 bankruptcy, commercial mortgage foreclosure, business insolvency, and complex disputes involving real estate, equipment leasing, tax liens and secured transactions.

Hollander works in the firm’s litigation group. He focuses his practice on complex civil litigation, white collar criminal defense and internal corporate investigations.

Remore works in the firm’s intellectual property group, representing clients in trademark, copyright and trade dress litigation.
