Cushman Wakefield announce series of leases in Basking Ridge

Cushman & Wakefield announced Thursday a series of leases at The Offices at Liberty Corner in Basking Ridge.Cushman & Wakefield’s Bill Brown and Ben Brenner, based at the firms Morristown office, served as the exclusive leasing agents for the office park and brokered some recent transactions.

Some of the leases include:

  • Pulte Home: 25,000 square feet relocation and expansion, 150 Allen Road. Sarah Jones-Maturo and Remy deVarenne of CBRE represented the residential developer.
  • ElectroCore: 5,000-square-foot expansion, 150 Allen Road. Eric Ladden of Cornerstone Real Estate represented the health care company.
  • Lexicon Pharmaceuticals: 25,000 square feet headquarter relocation, 110 Allen Road. Geoff Schubert and Todd Ward of CBRE represented the firm.

 “The I-78 corridor office market has gained momentum, and The Silverman Group has done an excellent job positioning The Offices at Liberty Corner competitively,” Brown said in a prepared statement. “The influx of new leases and continued steady inquiries at the property tie directly to the outstanding work environment the ownership has created.
