Cushman & Wakefield on July 15 announced the real estate services firm arranged a 18,590-square-foot lease with Evercore Partners Services East LLC at 20 Independence Blvd. in Warren.
A Cushman & Wakefield team of William O’Keefe and Raymond Trevisan represented the landlord, Senlac Ridge Partners, in the transaction.
“20 Independence offers a prime location, full-service cafeteria and recently renovated lobby, which attracted Evercore Partners Services East LLC to the property,” said O’Keefe. “Warren has attracted many of the region’s most successful and prominent corporations in a diverse variety of industries.”
Located in one of the fastest-growing counties in New Jersey, 20 Independence Blvd. offers immediate access to Interstate Highway 78, as well as Interstate Highways 287, 80, the New Jersey Turnpike and Routes 22, 202 and 206.
Riverwalk Village, an award-winning lifestyle center with fine dining, a health spa and numerous services, is a short walk from the building and a Courtyard Marriott, Delta Hotels by Marriott and Somerset Hills Hotel (Tapestry Collection by Hilton) are also nearby.
