Cushman & Wakefield said Jan. 4 it arranged a long term, 20,000-square-foot lease extension for Mercer US at One University Square, a premier trophy office building in Princeton.
A Cushman & Wakefield team of Kevin Carton, Todd Elfand, Paul Giannone and Joe Vacca represented the landlord, Argent Ventures.

One University Square is a 328,000-square-foot trophy-quality office asset. Built in 2008, the classic yet modern building features a dramatic two-story atrium accented with beautiful artwork and a granite façade with reflective glass windows.
