Cushman Wakefield completes 78,000-square-foot HQ lease to Geoffrey Allen Corp

According to the announcement, senior directors Andrew Stypa and Dan Badenhausen in Cushman & Wakefield’s Edison office, along with Steve Elman in East Rutherford, represented Geoffrey Allen, and Hartz was represented in-house. The tenant, an apparel and footwear company, has been a Hartz tenant for 25 years and prior to the latest transaction had leases in two nearby Hartz buildings.
