Commercial real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield announced Tuesday it has completed three headquarters leases in North Jersey.Commercial real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield announced Tuesday it has completed three headquarters leases totaling 8,300 square feet at Glenpointe in Teaneck.

According to the announcement, the firm’s East Rutherford-based team of Richard Baumstein, Marc Graham and Christian Politan represented both Glenpointe owner Alfred Zanzari Enterprises, based in Hackensack, and the three new tenants in the transaction. Financial terms were not disclosed.

In the largest transaction, Armand Resources Group, a business management consulting firm, leased 5,300 square feet at Glenpointe. The firm expanded and relocated its corporate headquarters.

“We require additional space to accommodate the growth of the company,” Gale Saunders Jenifer, ARG’s vice president, administration, said in a statement.

“Glenpointe offers a prime location, close to transportation and major highways,” she said. “It provides secure office buildings and parking facilities, with access to the hotel, spa, restaurants and banking.  It also provided us with the opportunity to redesign and restructure our workspace to meet our specific needs, and allowed us to remain in Teaneck for the benefit of our clients and employees.”

In the other transactions, PriceManager and Majestery also leased new headquarters totaling a combined 3,000 square feet.  PriceManager is a subscription-based software services company and Majestery develops and manages customer loyalty programs.

Glenpointe is a 650,000-square-foot Class A office space home to a broad range of local, national and international companies, the firm said.
