Cushman & Wakefield has been named managing and leasing agent for two newly traded, Class-A office buildings in Princeton. Argent Ventures recently purchased the adjacent buildings at 1 University Square and 115 Campus Drive.
Michael Nevins of Cushman & Wakefield’s regional Asset Services practice is heading the management assignment, which marks the expansion of an existing client relationship.
Marketing availabilities up to 48,000 square feet at 1 University Square are available. The five-story, 330,000-square-foot building is anchored by global investment management firm BlackRock. Office leasing specialists Kevin Carton and Todd Elfand are heading the leasing initiative for the multi-tenant buildings.
The building boasts large, flexible floor plates and on-site amenities including conference facilities; a fitness center with lockers, showers and sauna; concierge and security services; and a café. Planned capital improvements will introduce additional lifestyle features at 1 University Square.
The 33,600-square-foot 115 Campus Drive offers flexible catering to high tech, lab/pharma and biopharma users. Tenants will have access to all the amenities shared at University Square.
The campus is situated at the epicenter of the Princeton/Route 1 corridor with direct access to major highways including Interstate 295, Interstate 95, Route 27, Route 206 and the Garden State Parkway.
