Cushman & Wakefield to lease Mount Olive industrial property

Cushman & Wakefield has been named the exclusive leasing agent for what it referred to as “the state’s largest available space,” a 1,427,979-square-foot distribution and warehouse property in Mount Olive.

Jason Goldman, Charles Fern, Andrew Siemsen and Jason Barton of Cushman’s Iselin office will lead leasing at the 230-acre site at 703 Bartley-Chester Road. The property can support single or multiple tenants and has capacity for expansion on the property.

The property was acquired by a partnership of MSD Partners LP affiliate Square Mile Capital Management LLC and the Saadia Group in August, Cushman said.
