Leading global container shipping carrier ZIM American Integrated Shipping‘s new office space offers waterfront views of the Hudson River and Manhattan.
Cushman & Wakefied announced Nov. 15 that ZIM signed a long-term lease for 9,920 square feet at 10 Exchange Place in Jersey City.
At 30 stories, 10 Exchange Place is a 740,354-square-foot property that is managed by Manulife Investment Management and owned by Manulife US REIT.
ZIM American Integrated Shipping will occupy the 18th floor.
Cushman & Wakefield represented both 10 Exchange Place and the tenant; Rob Lowe, David DeMatteis, Nick Dysenchuk and Mina Shehata the former, and Dan Johnsen the latter.
“We are seeing leasing velocity increase with highly desirable spaces like this property leasing up first,” DeMatteis said in a statement.
The Grad Partnership-designed building boasts a new lobby, security desk, on-site management and food service, outdoor space and more.
Situated near a PATH station, the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail line and the NY Waterway Ferry, 10 Exchange Place also offers bike storage and a seven-story covered garage.
