Pentaurus Properties LLC purchased Governor Morris Office Center for $9.725 million.
The buyer and seller were represented by Cushman & Wakefield, which announced the sale of the 76,308-square-foot property on Feb. 7.
David Bernhaut, Andy Schwartz, Jordan Sobel and André Balthazard of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, Lindsley Drive Associates LLC, and procured the Mountainside-based buyer.
According to a statement from Schwartz, the team saw significant interest in the property due to its diverse tenant roster and location. “25 Lindsley Drive offered investors the opportunity to procure an office property with true value-add potential,” he said.
Governor Morris Office Center is a three-story property situated on 5 acres. With plenty of parking, the building is 1 mile from downtown Morristown and offers access to Interstate 287 within minutes.
“We are extremely excited about this acquisition. It has a strong medical and professional tenancy in a tight Morristown market,” said Pentaurus Asset Manager JD Moore. “We look forward to completing our capital improvement project, which will commence in a few short weeks.”
