After sub-leasing at the building, US Tech Solutions will occupy space on the 17th floor of 10 Exchange Place — a 30-floor, 740,354-square-foot office building offering 360-degree waterfront views of Manhattan from Jersey City.

Cushman & Wakefield said Oct. 26 it arranged the 9,692-square-foot lease at the building on behalf of the IT consulting and talent management company.

Executive Director David DeMatteis, Executive Managing Director Benjamin Brenner and Senior Director Mina Shehata represented US Tech Solutions in the transaction; 10 Exchange Place, which is managed by Manulife Investment Management and owned by Manulife US REIT, was represented by Cushman & Wakefield Executive Vice Chair Rob Lowe and Managing Director Nick Dysenchuk.

“We value the long-term relationship we’ve built with US Tech over the past 11 years and we’re thrilled to have worked with them as they change the way they approach and utilize their workplace,” DeMatteis said. “The company signed a direct lease at 10 Exchange Place after being a sub-tenant because they felt the building was a perfect fit for their dynamic work environment and growing company.”

Located adjacent to the Hudson River Walkway and Harborside Center, the tower is the closest office building to the Exchange Place New Jersey PATH station and within walking distance to the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail, New Jersey Transit and the NY Waterway ferry.

It includes a brand-new lobby with attendant, food and coffee options, 24/7 building access, and an on-site parking garage with bike storage.

Other notable tenants at 10 Exchange Place include One Parking and Chubb Ltd.
