Located adjacent to Westfield Garden State Plaza, the Paramus Corporate Center offers proximity to an abundance of retail, dining and entertainment options. Good news for its newest tenants.
Cushman & Wakefield announced May 18 it arranged two new office leases totaling 13,406 square feet at the four-story, Class A office building located at 95 N. Route 17 in Paramus.
Senior Director Jeffrey Prezant represented the landlord, Paramus Route 17 Holdings LLC, in the transactions with Thermo Fisher Scientific Co. LLC and Behavioral Health Practice Services LLC. The former, a laboratory supply and biotechnical company, will occupy 9,302 square feet on the second floor for a sales office, Cushman & Wakefield said, while the latter — a health care and social assistance practice — will take up 4,104 square feet on the first floor.
“Ownership has thoughtfully invested millions of dollars to renovate the building to create a best-in-class post-pandemic environment for their tenants, resulting in a completely updated office asset that has everything today’s tenants want and need to be back in the office,” Prezant said in a statement. “The property has undergone an incredible transformation and features brand new modern amenities, including a café and fitness center, to create an atmosphere where tenants truly want to be. Our tenants are excited to be back in the office and we’re looking forward to welcoming even more new tenants to this refreshed building.”
According to Cushman & Wakefield, renovations at the 119,846-square-foot building employed sustainable and energy efficient materials. Among the upgrades are a rebuilt lobby and new flooring, roofing, lighting and bathrooms.
Paramus Corporate Center is accessible from Routes 17 and 4 and the Garden State Parkway.
