Dining services provider Dartcor, said June 24 it was selected as the corporate dining services provider for Suburban Propane Partners. With a shared commitment to protecting the environment, the Dartcor partnership advances Suburban Propane’s Go Green Initiative to serve today’s communities.
Dartcor and its team of culinary experts were chosen to build a curated corporate dining program to bring a one-of-a-kind, custom dining experience directly to Suburban Propane’s employees. Dartcor will leverage its expertise in elevating traditional corporate dining to transform Suburban Propane’s current dining operations.
Through the partnership, Dartcor will provide a customized menu comprised of locally sourced, high-quality ingredients while advising Suburban Propane on the remodeling of its cafeteria to enhance the dining experience at its headquarters located in Whippany.

Recognizing that its onsite café had become underutilized in recent years, Suburban Propane sought to re-harness the untapped potential of its corporate dining program.
Dartcor’s solutions focus on fostering greater employee satisfaction, participation and productivity, making it an ideal partner to oversee the creation of Suburban Propane’s new, contemporary and inviting cafeteria, which is scheduled for completion by the end of the year.
With Dartcor involved in the new café’s configuration, menu and personnel, Suburban Propane is confident it will increase employee engagement, bolster morale and enhance its corporate culture, leaving a positive impact on the health and well-being of the central support team.
While construction on the updated café is underway, Dartcor will host several special events to engage Suburban Propane’s employees, introduce them to the new corporate dining experience and help bring them together as they return to a post-pandemic working environment. This will include various company-sponsored events featuring creative, high-quality, healthy food.
Dartcor’s fresh, locally sourced ingredients create new opportunities for Suburban Propane to lower its carbon footprint through recycling, furthering the company’s Go Green initiative.
