Commercial real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield Inc. has been named leasing agent for the newly rebranded Wayne Solar Center office building, at 1655 Valley Road, in Wayne. The appointment follows the 157,000-square-foot property’s recent acquisition by New York-based APF Properties.

LPL Financial LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of LPL Investment Holdings Inc., announced Wednesday the intent of its parent company to acquire Concord Capital Partners, of Matawan, and certain of its subsidiaries. Concord has more than $10 billion in assets under administration.
The board of directors of PlanSmart NJ announced the appointment of Lucy Vandenberg, executive director. The nonprofit civic planning and research organization is located in Trenton.
