Solar firm’s sale update; new mini-MBA at Rutgers; South Jersey mail center gets new manager.

TGI Group CEO Henry Val updated Friday the current developments as the company undergoes significant corporate changes. TGI Solar, in Red Bank, is proceeding with asset sales and continues its mission to focus on its core business in alternative energy. Its in progress sale of Edgetech is under way; TGI said there is no plan for any form of a stock split.
Rutgers University announced last week it will be hosting a new mini-MBA course, to be held in New York, on public relations next month. “Going Digital: The New Rules of PR,” will be held Sept. 19 to 22.

The U.S. Postal Service announced Monday it has awarded CSC, of Falls Church, Va., two contracts to provide management, operational and logistical support for its mail transport equipment service centers, located in Barrington and Lakeville, Minn. The contracts, which have a three-year base and two two-year options, have an estimated combined seven-year value of $83 million. CSC will now operate nine of the 15 transport centers in the United States.
